I will provide a good contact phone number at checkout. I understand that the Urban Worm Company cannot schedule shipment without knowing my phone number.
I will let Urban Worm Company know via e-mail (steve@urbanwormcompany.com) if I need a liftgate at destination.
For residential deliveries, I understand that trucking companies will require an offload on the street and that I need to be present for delivery. They have no obligation to back into a residential driveway for offload.
If I cancel, I will be refunded the cost of the purchase minus a 3% transaction fee

If ordered before 3pm and we have all the required information, your worm castings will likely ship within 3 days and will take 2-6 business days to reach your destination.
