United States United StatesThe connectors broke on my worm bag. It was my fault because it was outside on uneven ground and completely full. It lasted 2 years like that so no complaints. Now it is back indoors. I ordered the connectors and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived and with free shipping.

United StatesI was grateful that I was given more frame connectors after the first set broke, leading to collapse of the frame. But the connectors are the weak link. The second set broke as well. The worm bag was full and at a perfect temperature but it was too heavy for the connectors. Disappointed!
United StatesI didn't buy it - you sent it because the one in the original package was a warped little weird piece that didn't work. All is wonderful now. It arrived very fast - and I am watching your videos to make sure all goes well. I know for sure that there are at least a few wonderful worms in there... because I just put it a bit extra food and they weren't fast enough to escape my seeing them. Thank you.
