    Not a great start

When the worms arrived I could barely see them in the material they were shipped in I guess I should have looked around a little more because I feel like I really didn't get $50 worth of worms they were very small. I followed the instructions and put them in my worm bin did not seem to be working out great my had more bugs than I anticipated. I dumped this stuff out and retained the worms I could find and I have since put it in a low pan and they seem to be doing better. Now I'm kind of confused how I get the good dirt separated from the other dirt and maybe try to get the worms out and transfer them to the bigger warm Bag Bin thing in the spring. I did contact Steve about Magnolia leaves and he was very prompt in his response to that inquiry.

    Live Worm Label on package

So glad the package was labeled, otherwise my postman was going to leave it in an outside locker at temperatures in the teens. I’ve had my worms for about 3 weeks and they are alive and well!

    Great Company, Beautiful Worms!

Urban Worm is a great company. Steve, the owner, does a wonderful job of educating people about vermicomposting. Between his emails, downloads and YouTube channel, he's got it covered really well. It's impressive to see such dedication in action.

    Didn't deliver as promised.

Poor. One of the factors I used when choosing Urban was the delivery date. I had to call and "go up the ladder" to get any resolve. The first person I talked with gave me canned b.s.. Everyone I spoke with blamed it on their supplier. They took no responsibility.
