Pure Red Wiggler Composting Worms

Summer Heat Alert!

Between June and September, we keep an eye on temps at your location and at our discretion, we may delay your shipment if we determine the temperatures at the destination or at the shipping location will be too high. Thanks for your understanding!

--------------

These are pure red wigglers and we can ship anywhere in the lower 48 states with a live guarantee for no extra charge.

Red Wigglers, aka Eisenia fetida are the most prolific composting worm on the market and are suitable to the widest range of climactic conditions.

Red wigglers can survive in vermicompost ranging from 45°F through 95°F although they will do the best closest to 75°F. Even if the outdoor temperatures are outside this range, the temperatures *inside* your vermicompost are what matters.

Expect 800 to 1000 adult red wigglers per pound!

Note: If your order is received by 5PM on Friday, it should ship on the following Monday thru Wednesday.

Our terms and conditions are very reasonable, but you should check to make sure before purchase!

    Purchased for different use

The worms are great, arrived alive and well while it was extremely hot (high 90s) I’m actually using in a series of raised bed gardens. Not composting . A quick soil search the other day showed them doing well at various levels. They seem to be doing their job.

    So far so good...

I have read about folks getting RW mixed with other worms. I don't see any interlopers in my bin. Good job UW!

Not to good, my first shipment got lost. The second one came from a different place and it showed up on time put when I sifted them there were (4) ANC in the batch which is plenty enough to have cocoons from them.So I separated them out and was a half pound light. I needed them for breeding but now have to wait to make sure I don’t have any ANC’s in the mix!! Ididn’t bother to say anything due too Jake the chief happiness engineer went out of his was communicating and getting the second bath sent. Y’all need to give home a raise 5 stars for Jake!!!!
